Tan Chee Wai - Hero
Aarrgghhhh... why must this happen to a good Samaritan? A shocking news in a lazy Saturday morning. Really felt disgusted. What happen to our society?
My respect and salute to Tan Chee Wai, a real life hero who lost his life preventing 4 thieves from stealing a car in Taman Megah, Cheras, early yesterday morning. Tan was murdered for his good deed after he was brutally stabbed by the thieves who escaped without the Perodua Kenari car they had targeted. Rest in peace Hero, I salute you for your courage. May you rest in peace. Hope the police quickly apprehend the four blard bastards and punish them their fcuking crime.

KAJANG: He suffered head injuries in an accident 10 years ago which restricted his movements. But that did not stop Tan Chee Wai from stopping four thieves from stealing a car in Taman Megah, Cheras, early yesterday morning. Tan, 31, however, was murdered for his good deed after he was brutally stabbed by the thieves who escaped without the Perodua Kenari car they had targeted. Police have classified the case as murder and are now on a manhunt for the suspects who escaped on two motorcycles. Kajang police chief ACP Rosli Mohd Nizam said the incident occurred about 7am when Tan was on his way to work. Tan was a general worker at the nearby business centre. "He saw four men trying to break into a Perodua Kenari and chided them," Rosli. "For that, he was stabbed at least three times in his chest and abdomen." The car owner who heard the commotion outside her house witnessed the attack on Tan. She rushed to his aid but he was believed to have died at the scene. Rosli said Tan was murdered some 500 metres from his house in Taman Seri Cheras. Tan looked after his elderly grandparents. He stayed with them while his parents lived next door. His grandmother, Lim Ah Lau said living without Tan would be difficult as he saw to their every need. She said he left home earlier than usual saying that he had a lot of work to do. "It was just yesterday that he went to the Kuala Lumpur Hospital to get his medicines," she cried. Tan’s mother, Saw Meng Keow, said her son fell off his motorcycle 10 years ago and suffered head injuries and has been on medication since. "Despite his injuries, he was helpful to everyone he met."Source: NST and The Star
