The story was written by Adam Sandler, Judd Apatow, and Robert Smigel and will be directed by Dennis Dugan.

A Mossad agent (Sandler) fakes his death so he can move to New York and become a hair stylist. The film takes place in midtown New York City. The movie also features a professional footbag (popularly known as "hacky sack") tournament.
