M.A.D. Training Day 2

Last Friday was the end of my MAD training!!! We had a group photograph before we end the class. In addition, Anas, our facilitator also gave us each our freaking plastic no-use crap certificate. I totally agree with him when he said the certificate is laminated so we can used as coaster during breakfast!!! Wakakaka... but truly is a refreshing and memorable training for me though!!! Anas is cool and nice lad. He taught us many stuff that I did not realize until it hit me like a train wreck!!! SO NOW I WANT TO BE A P3 PERSON!!! But I doubt myself.. wakakkaak!!! But I will try though. Here is the key learning point from the training.

1. Manage the transition period (The WATCH)
2. You can choose your level - Choose level 5
   
3. Minimum level 3 - MUST SET GOALS
4. Compartmentalize
5. Text and Spirit - Yeah.. SPIRIT!!!
6. Take the FIRST STEP and STAY the COURSE
7. p3: Change P1 and P2 into P3
8. Remove artificial boundaries
9. Remove uncertainties
10. GOOD LUCK BAD LUCK WHO KNOWS???!!!
    

During the lunch break and Friday prayer, me and some of my colleagues decided to hang out at the nearby park. Damn it!!! I forgot what it called. I think is called Lembah Kiara Recreation Park if I remember clearly. Nice and serene park. Full of monkeys!!! Got people came there to take wedding pictures somemore. Lucky that afternoon wasn't that sunny. The weather just nice, although I sweating profusely!!! Wakakaka... now I know where to pak tor jor next time!!! Kekekekek!!!

Outside work he is also an active speaker at local universities and colleges. From 1993 till 1995, he was an external fellow in one of the colleges of University Malaya. Currently Anas consults in the area of change and marketing, helping organizations set directions and change for the better as well as advice on strategy. He acted as a marketing and branding consultant to a local bank. He was also Resident Consultant to a local financial institution. As a facilitator and trainer, he consults and teaches soft skills especially in the area of change, marketing, presentation and self-improvement.

In the training, we had a theme song from Earth, Wind & Fire, called Fantasy. It is a fucking oldies but the lyrics is damn freaking meaningful. Check out below. Read every single lines and understand it. I personally think this song was wrote by some hippies high on drugs though. Wakakakka...!!!!
