The Good Wife's Guide
Have dinner ready. Plan ahead, even the night before, to have a delicious meal ready on time for his return. This is a way of letting him know that you have be thinking about him and are concerned about his needs. Most men are hungry when they get home and the prospect of a good meal is part of the warm welcome needed.- Prepare yourself. Take 15 minutes to rest so you'll be refreshed when he arrives. Touch up your make-up, put a ribbon in your hair and be fresh-looking. He has just been with a lot of work-weary people.
- Be a little gay and a little more interesting for him. His boring day may need a lift and one of your duties is to provide it.
- Clear away the clutter. Make one last trip through the main part of the house just before your husband arrives. Run a dustcloth over the tables.
- During the cooler months of the year you should prepare and light a fire for him to unwind by. Your husband will feel he has reached a haven of rest and order, and it will give you a lift too. After all, catering to his comfort will provide you with immense personal satisfaction.
- Minimize all noise. At the time of his arrival, eliminate all noise of the washer, dryer or vacuum. Encourage the children to be quiet.
- Be happy to see him.
- Greet him with a warm smile and show sincerity in your desire to please him.
- Listen to him. You may have a dozen important things to tell him, but the moment of his arrival is not the time. Let him talk first - remember, his topics of conversation are more important than yours.
- Don't greet him with complaints and problems.
- Don't complain if he's late for dinner or even if he stays out all night. Count this as minor compared to what he might have gone through at work.
- Make him comfortable. Have him lean back in a comfortable chair or lie him down in the bedroom. Have a cool or warm drink ready for him.
- Arrange his pillow and offer to take off his shoes. Speak in a low, soothing and pleasant voice.
- Don't ask him questions about his actions or question his judgment or integrity. Remember, he is the master of the house and as such will always exercise his will with fairness and truthfulness. You have no right to question him.
- A good wife always knows her place.

Day 1 Hari Raya 2008
Yiipppeee.... Hari Raya lor... Felt like this year Hari Raya has been toned down. Maybe because of the economy and the increasing cost of living. When petrol goes up, everything also goes up. But when petrol goes down, nothing goes down!!! NMGCCB!!! How to survive wor!!! Wakakaka!!! Anyway, planned to Pahang on first day of Raya, but did not as most of the places are closed on the first day. So decided to jalan-jalan at Midvalley. Not been there since ages!!! Went out for breakfast with Mum, kkjm Sr and Sister in Klang before go look for CM. Traffic was great!!! Kekeke!!! Nothing much or special happened in Midvalley. Still people mountain people sea. But mostly Chinese!!! Wakakakaka...
First stop in Midvalley, of course is my favourite shop or stop, which is pet shop lor... Ngam-ngam went there, the puppies and doggies were let out running in the confined area. Totally full of awesomeness and cuteness... Mmmhhhhh, when can I get one!!! *scratch-scratch my hands* Next, it was time to grab something to eat. CM already begging me to feed her as her stomach is growling. Kekekee!!! Brought her food hunting here and there and at last, decided to eat at Secret Recipes.
Nothing much happened. Accompany CM to look for jeans, then walk-walk around. Was busy hunting for new sandals. But none catches my heart. Mum has already been nagging to get a new pair of sandals since Chinese New Year!!! *fainted* Keng mou!!!??? Wakakka... Check out the figurines outside Nike outlet. Totally cool!!!
Left Midvalley early evening. Reach home rest and do some talking cock session with CM before go dinner. Dinner was on ME!!! Yeah, you heard me!!! I BELANJA!!! Wakakaka... just to celebrate Dad's birthday long long ago on September. Indirectly, small family gathering and outing. Dinner did not cost me a bomb. Did talk and talk and talk before go home. CM lost in the middle of the conversation... Wakakaka.. good for you!!! At least, you won't know when I cursed about you!!! *bluek*. Next stop, Pahang!!!

Trapped In A Dream...

Dreams or dreaming... Sounds like fun and mellow thing to do when sleeping. What about nightmares or recurring dreams?? Do you wake up sweating? Scared? Cried? I know I did before. For me, dream is a mystery fascination of ourselves in other world. Who know where and what. Talking on dream topic. I had a closed friend who dreamt about his partner cheating on her. I knew both of them very well, just like the back for my hands. I won't go into details. My friend woke up terrified and frustrated. He and I know a dream can be sometimes unreal. But what if the dream was so real, I mean fucking real till you felt a sharp pain in your heart. At first, my friend can't get it over of that dream. Why?? Cause it felt so real. He told me that he tried really really hard to wake up from the dream. And he did after struggling for while. But once he got back to his sleep, the dream slowly came creeping back to his mind. Isn't it scary!!! He kept continued to dream till the end. He saw the whole thing which he thought he should not see it. He really scare that the dream has put a scar in his mind and the scar will grow to become a tumor or a disease in his soul. Leaving him with biased opinion and uncontrollable urge to hurt her feelings. Sometimes, the truth is mend to kept away forever if someone really can't handle the truth. Sometimes, it is good to know the truth and take initiative to avoid this happen. Aiks, so contradicting!!! So which is which? To know or not to know the truth. You tell me...
We had a little up close and personal chat on this weird dream. Really thought it over and make up his mind. He firmed that he will get over it and it just a fucking dream. He won't let a fucking weird dream run him over so easily. A dream, is just a dream. That's it. Nothing more that. Told him to talk to his partner, to keep the relationship healthy. Imagine, just a stupid weird dream that you can't get over it causes a relationship to become brittle. Worth it?? I guess it is NO-NO for me. So fuck dream, but hey, I welcomed more WET DREAMS!!! Coz it can be so fucking real!!! Or it can be real fucking??? Get it?? Hahahahaa!!! Dream on, guys and gals.... and THANK GOD IT'S FRIDAY!!! Any plans for the weekend??

Dream...

Dreams are the images, thoughts and feelings experienced while sleeping, particularly strongly associated with rapid eye movement sleep. The contents and biological purposes of dreams are not fully understood, though they have been a topic of speculation and interest throughout recorded history. The scientific study of dreams is known as oneirology.
Neurology of sleep and dreams
There is no universally agreed biological definition of dreaming. General observation shows that dreams are strongly associated with rapid eye movement (REM) sleep, during which an electroencephalogram shows brain activity to be most like wakefulness. Participant-nonremembered dreams during non-REM sleep are normally more mundane in comparison. During a typical lifespan, a human spends a total of about six years dreaming (which is about 2 hours each night). It is unknown where in the brain dreams originate, if there is a single origin for dreams or if multiple portions of the brain are involved, or what the purpose of dreaming is for the body or mind. It has been hypothesized that dreams are the result of naturally occurring dimethyltryptamine (DMT) in the brain.[citation needed]
During REM sleep, the release of certain neurotransmitters is completely suppressed. As a result, motor neurons are not stimulated, a condition known as REM atonia. This prevents dreams from resulting in dangerous movements of the body.
Studies show that various species of mammals and birds experience REM during sleep.
Dream content
From the 1940s to 1985, Calvin S. Hall collected more than 50,000 dream reports at Western Reserve University. In 1966 Hall and Van De Castle published The Content Analysis of Dreams in which they outlined a coding system to study 1,000 dream reports from college students. It was found that people all over the world dream of mostly the same things. Hall's complete dream reports became publicly available in the mid-1990s by Hall's protégé William Domhoff, allowing further different analysis.
Personal experiences from the last day or week are frequently incorporated into dreams.
Emotions
The most common emotion experienced in dreams is anxiety. Negative emotions are more common than positive ones. The U.S. ranks the highest amongst industrialized nations for aggression in dreams with 50 percent of U.S. males reporting aggression in dreams, compared to 32 percent for Dutch men.
Sexual content
The Hall data analysis shows that sexual dreams occur no more than 10 percent of the time and are more prevalent in young to mid teens. Another study showed that 8% of men's and women's dreams have sexual content. In some cases, sexual dreams may result in orgasm or nocturnal emission. These are commonly known as wet dreams.
Recurring dreams
While the content of most dreams is dreamt only once, many people experience recurring dreams—that is, the same dream narrative is experienced over different occasions of sleep. Up to 70% of females and 65% of males report recurrent dreams.
Common themes
Content-analysis studies have identified common reported themes in dreams. These include: situations relating to school, being chased, running slowly in place, sexual experiences, falling, arriving too late, a person now alive being dead, teeth falling out, flying, embarrassing moments, falling in love with random people, failing an examination, not being able to move, not being able to focus vision and car accidents. Twelve percent of people dream only in black and white.
