Topless PETA demonstration in Sydney

I'm not sure why people need to kill animal for the their furs or whatsoever. I'm not a holy person as I do eat meat but I'm not into killing animals for their furs or to put dead animal on my shoulder. It is just cruel. Maybe I just like to see naked beautiful women protest against cruelty to animals. Ain't them just yummilicous?

A policewoman opens a restroom door for Lana Wendt to change in after police stopped a topless demonstration by People for Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) at Circular Quay in Sydney February 27, 2008. The animal liberation group was drawing attention to the Running of the Bulls event in Pamplona, Spain, which PETA says is cruel to the animals

Edison Chan finally apologies for sex photos scandal!!!

Edison Chen held a press conference to speak about the Hong Kong sex pictures scandal and make a public apology. He walk the talk. Kudos for you!!!

Hong Kong singer and actor Edison Chen finally returned to Hong Kong secretly and faced the HK public for the first time by holding a press conference. Edison apologized in English to the women involved in the naughty photo sex scandal surrounding him, and to all of Hong Kong, where the public is outraged. Edison Chen said on Thursday he would step away from the Hong Kong entertainment industry to “heal himself”, in his first public appearance since the sex scandal broke.

Hong Kong singer and actor Edison Chen reacts during a news conference in Hong Kong on February 21, 2008. "I've decided to step away from the Hong Kong entertainment industry," Chen told reporters, while apologizing to Hong Kong for the scandal which has drawn blanket media coverage over several weeks.

Edison Chen will be away from the Hong Kong entertainment industry for an "indefinite period," he said "there is no time frame." This means Edison plans to work in Hollywood in the USA, and will return to Hong Kong entertainment once people move on from this scandal. He said he will do volunteer work while he clears his mind, which means he will be trying to rehabilitate his image with the public.

Some have speculated that this decision to step away from the Hong Kong entrainment scene is not fully his but rather a result of him getting blacklisted by the Hong Kong movie studios. Producers writers and actors are refusing to work with Edison Chen as a result of the photo sex scandal.

Police believe the arrest they made Saturday - one of seven total - is that of the man who initially uploaded the photos he found on a computer he was repairing. Whether or not he is the one who called himself "Kira" is unclear.

Police have not released any names of suspects in the case, or the name of the computer's owner.

Another suspect was arrested Sunday, but police said they didn't find any of the photos on his computer.

The man arrested Saturday is expected to appear in court today. Some of the people arrested did nothing other than just downloading and saving the image from the internet.

Crime Assistant Commissioner of Police Vincent Wong Fook-chuen said somebody took the computer to a repair shop, where the photos were found on the hard drive and distributed unscrupulously to others.

Over 1,300 photos have been seized, and most of them are obscene. Six females were involved, four of them identified as showbiz artists. Wong refused to comment on how many men were portrayed.

Chen was among the celebrities identified in the photos that depict them in sexual acts. He publicly commented on the scandal in Hong Kong for the first time yesterday.

"I feel painful, hurt and frustration," he said in a video released to the media by his manager. "I hereby use this opportunity to apologize to anyone who's been affected by this strange ordeal."

Chen called on anyone who possessed the images to destroy them immediately.

"Let's help the wounded heal their wound," he added, calling the photos' distribution "malicious and criminal".

He said the ongoing investigation prohibited him from commenting further. Police said the Saturday arrest took place at a computer repair shop in Central and that the man would be charged with access to a computer with criminal or dishonest intent.

In addition to Chen, the celebrities pictured also resemble Gillian Chung Yan-tung, Bobo Chan Man-woon and Cecilia Cheung Pak-chi. Gillian Chung is the only other celebrity to come forward and make a public statement by apologizing while not admitting she is one of the women pictured with Edison engage in sex acts.

The five suspects arrested last week have each been released on HK$20,000 bail. They included two women and three men.

Wong said the man arrested Sunday may also be released on bail.

Sin Chung-kai, a Legislative Council member representing information technology functional constituency, called on computer repair shops to carefully handle clients' data.

Still, the police's arrests in its recent investigation have made many Hongkongers worry that it is illegal to store obscene data on their computers, Sin said.

The Legislative Council's Information Technology and Broadcasting Panel will hold a special meeting after the lunar new year to ask for the police's explanation on the arrests.

Solicitor Vitus Leung Wing-hang, said it isn't against the law to store obscene data or share the data point-to-point.

It would also be legal, he said, for people to share obscene materials with adults, or upload the data to websites indicating they would contain sexual content.

"But a person would be in breach of the Control of Obscene and Indecent Articles Ordinance if he or she publishes obscene materials publicly - such as on an open forum for all ages - as youths under 18 could access them," Leung said.

The scandal has shocked the general public and ignited debate about sexual morality. When legislator Timothy Fok asked Chief Executive Donald Tsang whether the scandal affected Hong Kong's reputation as a regional hub, Tsang replied that it was "a serious issue which demanded further follow-up"

Edison Chen Had PHOTOS of Not Only Starlets but Also Wives of Rich Hong Kong Businessmen

Hong Kong better prepare it self for what might be the most shocking photos in the Edison Chen sex scandal.

Just when you thought the Edison Chen photo sex scandal could not get any worse, new shocking reports just hit the fan. Some newspapers are reporting that Edison's "interesting" photo collection didn't only contain pictures of nude Hong Kong actresses and singers like Gillian Chung and Cecilia Cheung but also the wives and daughters of predominant businessmen and members of Hong Kong's elite society.

It is true that Edison certainly has had his way with many women over the years being a leading man in HK movie scene but if this is true, his career is dead. Five companies have apparently canceled their contracts with Edison and he may also face lawsuits for violating the terms of contracts. It is reported that Edison has been blacklisted in Hong Kong entertainment industry.

The idea that Edison Chen had secret sexual affairs with the wives of rich and powerful men other than Cecilia Cheung is putting the HK elites in a panic. Out of the 1300 "Kira" reported having, only about 460 have been leaked so far.

Edison was undoubtedly a “playboy” in his own league and once wagered with a director that he had nude photos of female starlets. The director didn’t believed him and in the end lost 100 thousand HK dollars to Edison.

There is trouble too for Cecilia Cheung, with rumours Nicholas Tse has discovered she cheated on him after they got married and he wants a DNA test for their son Lucas. Meanwhile Police in Shenzhen have arrested 10 people for producing and selling CDs of the images. People in Hong Kong are not permitted to possess images relating to the Edison Chen photo sex scandal.

Hong Kong Veteran Actress Lydia Sum Dies

Lydia Shum Din-Ha, known as Fei-fei, or Fatty, and one of Hong Kong's most popular comedian actresses, died of liver tumor and other complications on Tuesday morning in a hospital in Hong Kong.

Local channel Cable TV News said in a report she died of liver tumor in Queen Mary Hospital. Shum, also known as Lydia Sum, was 60 years old.

Shum was born in July, 1947 into a well-off large family in Shanghai and ranked the fifth among the family's eight children. She made her film debut in 1960, joined the Hong Kong-based Shaw Brothers, a famous film company, as a child actress and rose to stardom with the free-to-air television broadcaster TVB's variety show Enjoy Yourself Tonight, which was hugely popular in Hong Kong for over 20 years. With her signature smile, dark-rimmed glasses and comic hairstyle, Shum established herself as a comic and dramatic actress.

Her successful career spanning almost half a century also included the role as a TV hostess. Shum married Hong Kong actor and singer Adam Cheng Siu-chow in 1985 after they lived together years. The two split up in 1987, only eight months after their daughter and only child Joyce was born.

Shum, dogged by numerous health problems, including chronic ailments such as cholangitis, diabetes and hypertension, was lately admitted to hospitals repeatedly. She was diagnosed with liver tumor and cancer around the gallbladder in 2006 and was discharged from hospital in July 2007 after an operation to remove a third of her liver. But she collapsed at home and was rushed to hospital in October.

NBC renews HEROES for 2008-09 Season

NBC has picked up its freshman drama series “Chuck” and “Life” — as well as its hit “Heroes” — for the 2008-09 season, it was announced today by Ben Silverman, Co-Chairman, NBC Entertainment and Universal Media Studios, and Marc Graboff, Co-Chairman, NBC Entertainment and Universal Media Studios. All three series will have major re-launch campaigns next year.

“We are thrilled to be bringing back the high-energy dramas ‘Chuck’ and Life’ for next season,” said Silverman. “Additionally, we will be saving and re-launching our #1 drama and most successful franchise, ‘Heroes,’ so that it will run in all original episodes in the fourth quarter.”

“These pickups are a sign of our confidence in these quality series and will allow the respective producers to get a head start on their creative arc for next season,” said Graboff. “As a result, they give us a lot to build on as we point to next year’s schedule.”

“Heroes” is NBC’s #1 series this season in adults 18-49, the #1 Monday series on any network in adults 18-49 and the #1 scripted series on any network in adults 18-34. This season, “Heroes” has averaged a 6.2 rating, 14 share in adults 18-49 and 13.1 million viewers overall.

“Chuck” has averaged a 3.5 rating, 9 share in adults 18-49 and 8.7 million viewers overall this season. The most recent telecast of “Chuck” on December 3 won the time period in adults 18-49, adults 18-34 and all key adult-male demographics. “Chuck” has increased its adult 18-49 rating from half-hour to half-hour with each of its 11 Monday telecasts this season.

“Life” has averaged a 3.0 rating, 8 share in adults 18-49 and 8.1 million viewers overall. Its most recent telecast on December 5 saw “Life” achieve the show’s highest total-viewer result since October 3. That December 5 telecast finished within 1 share of the time-period lead in adults 18-49.

From creator/writer Tim Kring (NBC’s “Crossing Jordan”) comes the Emmy and Golden Globe nominated “Heroes,” an epic drama that chronicles the lives of ordinary people who discover they possess extraordinary abilities. In its first season, “Heroes” was honored with a People’s Choice Award, an AFI Award, a Multicultural Prism Award and this year’s TV Land Future Classic Award and the TV Critics Association Awards’ Outstanding Program of the Year, as well as nominations at the Golden Globe Awards, NAACP Image Awards, Writers Guild of America Awards and Satellite Awards.

After a total eclipse casts its shadow across the globe, seemingly calling forth a multitude of everyday men and women with special powers, Dr. Mohinder Suresh (Sendhil Ramamurthy, “Blind Guy Driving”), a genetics professor from India, continues to champion his father’s theory that there are people with extraordinary abilities living among us. Claire Bennet, an indestructible high school cheerleader (Hayden
Panettiere, “Bring it On: All or Nothing”), must hide her ability from her peers while working to maintain her relationship with her father (Jack Coleman, “Dynasty”), a man of mystery who has a keen interest in people like her. Niki Sanders, a Las Vegas single mother (Ali Larter, “Final Destination”) with astonishing strength — and a dangerous, amoral mirror image (Jessica Sanders) — struggles to protect her young son Micah (Noah Gray-Cabey, “My Wife & Kids”), a genius who can interact with electronic machinery through touch.

Matt Parkman, a police detective (Greg Grunberg, “Alias”), attempts to put his ability to hear the thoughts of others to good use. In Japan, Hiro Nakamura’s (Masi Oka, NBC’s “Scrubs”) ability to pierce the space-time continuum and manipulate time has empowered him to change the future, as he embarks on wild adventures with his best friend Ando Masahashi (James Kyson Lee, “Shutter”). Nathan Petrelli, a congressional hopeful (Adrian Pasdar, “Judging Amy”) with the ability to fly, has his dreams dashed after failing to stop his younger brother Peter (Milo Ventimiglia, “Rocky Balboa”), a nurse with the ability to absorb the powers of others, from exploding over the New York City skyline. And after this clash in New York, the fate of Sylar, a manipulative serial killer (Zachary Quinto, “24″) dedicated to violently collecting the extraordinary talents of special people, is unknown. Meanwhile, in the Dominican Republic, a young woman named Maya Herrera (Dania Ramirez, “The Sopranos”) and her twin brother, plagued by her threatening ability, attempt to enter the United States in search of help. And Monica Dawson, another woman (Dana Davis, “The Nine”) with newfound special abilities, would give up everything to help the people around her. Their ultimate destiny is nothing less than saving the world…

Joining Kring as executive producer are Dennis Hammer (NBC’s “Crossing Jordan”), Allan Arkush (NBC’s “Crossing Jordan”) and Greg Beeman (”Smallville”). The drama is produced by Universal Media Studios in association with Tailwind Productions.

From Rand Ravich (”The Astronaut’s Wife”), Far Shariat (”Confessions of a Dangerous Mind”), and David Semel — who directed the pilot of NBC’s “Heroes” — “Life” is a first-year drama about a detective who is given a second chance. Damian Lewis (”Band of Brothers”) stars as complex, offbeat Detective Charlie Crews, who returns to the force after years in prison, thanks to close friend and attorney Constance Griffiths (Brooke Langton, “The Net”), after serving time in prison for a crime he didn’t commit.

The cast also includes Sarah Shahi (”Rush Hour 3″) as Charlie’s skeptical, demanding partner, Robin Weigart (HBO’s “Deadwood”) as their hard-hitting lieutenant, and Adam Arkin (”Chicago Hope”) as former cellmate Ted Early.

“Life” is a Universal Media Studios production. Rand Ravich is executive producer and writer; Far Shariat and Dan Sackheim are executive producers on the series; David Semel is executive producer and director on the pilot.

From executive producer, Josh Schwartz (”The O.C.”) and executive producer-director McG (”Charlie’s Angels,” “We Are Marshall”) comes “Chuck,” a one-hour, action-comedy series about Chuck Bartowski (Zachary Levi, “Less Than Perfect”) — a computer geek who is catapulted into a new career as the government’s most vital secret agent. When Chuck opens an e-mail subliminally encoded with government secrets, he unwittingly downloads an entire server of sensitive data into his brain. Now, the fate of the world lies in the unlikely hands of a guy who works at a Buy More Electronics store. Instead of fighting computer viruses, he must now confront assassins and international terrorists.

With the government’s most precious secrets in Chuck’s head, Major John Casey of the National Security Agency (Adam Baldwin, “My Bodyguard”) assumes the responsibility of protecting him. His partner is the CIA’s top agent (and Chuck’s first date in years), Sarah Walker (Yvonne Strahovski, “Gone”). They’ll try to keep him safe by trading
in his pocket protector for a bulletproof vest. Also starring are Joshua Gomez (”Without a Trace”) as Morgan Grimes, Chuck’s best buddy, and Sarah Lancaster (”What About Brian?”) as Chuck’s ever-supportive sister, Ellie. Josh Schwartz and Chris Fedak wrote, “Chuck,” which is produced by College Hill Pictures, Wonderland Sound and Vision, in association with Warner Bros. Television.

OMG, LOVE IS REALLY BLIND!!!

OH MY GOD!!! LOVE IS REALLY BLIND!!! WTF!!! So now falling in love make us blind??? Hahahaha!!! How do we define love is blind. I, myself actually don't know till I read this article. From the article below, when you in love with someone, you will become blind and ignore others eventhough others are more attractive, more leng or handsome!!! Keng mou!!! This mean if you in love, you won't bother looking at naked Gillian and Cecilia sucking your dick!!! Astonishing isn't it!!! LOVE IS BLIND AND MAKE THE ATTRACTIVE BECOME LESS ATTRACTIVE!!! Hahahhaa!!!

Love really is blind, at least when it comes to looking at others, US researchers reported.
College students who reported they were in love were less likely to take careful notice of other attractive men or women, the team at the University of California Los Angeles and dating Web site eHarmony found.

"Feeling love for your romantic partner appears to make everybody else less attractive, and the emotion appears to work in very specific ways in enabling you to push thoughts of that tempting other out of your mind," said Gian Gonzaga of eHarmony, whose study is published in the journal Evolution and Human Behavior.

"It's almost like love puts blinders on people," added Martie Haselton, an associate professor of psychology and communication studies at UCLA.

Gonzaga and Haselton asked 120 heterosexual undergraduates in committed relationships to examine photographs of attractive members of the opposite sex from an eHarmony Web site.

The volunteers were asked to choose the most attractive photos, and write an essay either about their current romantic partner, or the subject of their choice.

While writing, the students were asked to forget the "hotties" from the Web site, but told to put a check in the margins if they did happen to think of the attractive photos.

The volunteers who wrote about their partners were six times less likely to admit to thinking of the attractive others than volunteers who wrote about random subjects.

And later asked to recall the cuties in the pictures, the students who wrote about their lovers remembered fewer details about the physical appearance of the attractive strangers.

"These people could remember the color of a shirt or whether the photo was taken in New York, but they didn't remember anything tempting about the person," Gonzaga said.

"It's not like their overall memory was impaired; it's as if they had selectively screened out things that would make them think about the how attractive the alternative was."

Being IN LOVE can keep you HEALTHY!!!

Wahhhh!!! NO NEED TO EXERCISE ALREADY!!! I can be healthy by falling in LOVE!!! How lovely and convenient!!! Wakakaka!!! Seems that falling in love will make you folks a healthy person. So what you waiting for, my kukujiaoman fans?? Please go grab all your piao meis and go pak tor lor eventhough Valentine's Day just over. Eat more chocolates and drink more red wines!!! HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY!!!

Lovers have more reason than ever to celebrate this Valentine's Day, as a new scientific theory has suggested a healthy and loving relationship is good for the heart. Research suggests that being involved in any type of healthy and close relationship may have a lot of positive health benefits, Julie Damp, a cardiologist at the Vanderbilt Heart and Vascular Institute in the United States, said in a press release on Tuesday.

"There are a couple of different theories behind why that might be," she said. Most of the theories seem to be related to the fact that people who are married or in close, healthy relationships tend to be less likely to smoke, are more physically active and more likely to have a well-developed social structure.

In addition, they are likely to have lower levels of stress and anxiety in their lives."There is a theory that people who are in loving relationships may experience neuro-hormonal changes that have positive effects on the body, including the cardiovascular system," Damp said, explaining there are certain hormone levels in the body that vary depending on individuals' levels of stress and anxiety. "This has not been proven, but the idea is that being in a relationship that is positive may have positive effects on your cardiovascular system over long periods of time," she said.

Chocolates and red wine are popular gifts for lovers, and studies have suggested they are also good for the heart. Dark chocolate contains flavonoids, which are antioxidants. Antioxidants have proven positive effects on many different body systems including the cardiovascular system. Flavonoids can also be found in red wine. Multiple observational studies have shown that moderate alcohol consumption is associated with lower rates of cardiovascular events.

If the movie is as entertaining as these pictures, I'm totally there for this movie. Must be fucking hilarious and entertaining.
